By using the Site or contacting us, you agree to the practices described here.
When you request a consultation, we ask for your name, your role, your center's name and state, your email address, your phone number, whether your center uses ElderSuite, your approximate number of participants, and any message you choose to include. We also receive the information you share when you call, text, or email us.
When you visit the Site, our website host automatically records standard technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device type, the pages you visit, and the date and time of your visit. Our contact form uses a spam-protection service that evaluates browser and device signals to confirm that submissions come from a person.

When an adult day center becomes an ALRI client, we process claims and related records inside that center's ElderSuite account on the center's behalf. Please do not include participant names or other health information in our website contact form.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect the information we collect. No website, email, or text messaging system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We keep the information you send us only as long as we need it to respond to you, provide our services, maintain business records, and meet legal obligations. After that, we delete it.
