HOW IT WORKS

From first call to first payment, without changing how your center runs.

Because we work inside ElderSuite, there's no migration and no new system for your staff to learn. Here's what the first few weeks look like.

BEFORE WE START, YOU'LL NEED

An active ElderSuite account

Active enrollment with the payers you bill

Participants' payer and authorization details in ElderSuite

One point of contact at your center

Not on ElderSuite yet?

Start ElderSuite's 30-day free trial at eldersuite.com, then come back to us once your center is set up.

1

Request a consultation

Fill out the form or call us. We'll talk through your payers, how many participants you bill for, and where billing is getting stuck today.

2

Agree on scope and schedule

Choose how often we submit claims (monthly, twice a month, or weekly), and you get a clear quote. We sign a service agreement that spells out who handles what, and we provide a Business Associate Agreement before any work begins.

3

Add ALRI as a user in ElderSuite

ElderSuite includes unlimited users, so giving us a login costs you nothing extra. Nothing is exported, copied, or moved out of your account.

4

Your first billing cycle

We scrub and submit the current period, and review claims already outstanding so older balances don't slip through the handoff.

5

Every cycle after that

Your staff record attendance. We submit, work rejections, reconcile payments, and send you a regular status summary. You can check any claim in ElderSuite at any time.

WHY IT WORKS

One system, one set of records.

Most billing companies ask you to export data into their system, then send reports back. We skip that. Your staff and our billers work from the same participant records, the same claims, and the same history.

No double entry

Attendance goes in once, in ElderSuite.

Full visibility

Every claim's status, and every message between our billers and your staff, is in your own account.

Certified billers

Trained by the people who build ElderSuite.

Easy to leave

Your data never left, so there's nothing to hand back.

Step one is a conversation.

Tell us about your center and we'll walk you through what we'd handle.
